Verified Purchase
When the Roku box that we bought this for turned out to be a lemon, we had to return it- but we were able to return it to Amazon, because it was bad from the get-go. As a result, we had to cancel our Square Trade contract, so we never really got to use it. However, I can tell you that registering your product with them is really, really easy (it's online), and they refunded our money within a day when we were forced to cancel. They seem to be really, really good people to work with- I'd recommend them, for your extended warranty needs. :)

This is a most unusual item to buy. You don't really know what it is you are getting, what it's true value is, until you need it's services,
why it was created, and what is provides.
I think it is well worth it's intrinsic value. I believe it creates a sense of "well being" for a minimal expense . We all hope that when we purchase something, that it will provide the services it was created for, the taste, the flavor, the reward from it's use or consumption.
There are those times, however, that it just doesn't work out that way. Those times you can write it off, or you can have a warranty.
Your choice as to it's "value" for what is spent..
I think, for me, the security offered, is well worth what was spent.

This is not the first warranty that I have purchased from Square Trade. I have only had to request warranty service once and their service was great. No hassles even though my clumbsiness was the cause of the problem.
